What we need from you

  • Completed application​

  • Credit check if your exit strategy includes a refinance (soft pull-no affect to credit)

  • Background check

  • Last 3 months bank statements

  • Last 2 years of tax returns (personal and business)

  • LLC documents (Articles of Organization, W9, EIN, and Operational Agreement)

  • Appraisal done at borrower cost

  • Scope of work from a verifiable contractor for labor and materials based on market prices and given to the lender and appraiser

  • Title policy with our company listed as the insured

  • Builders Risk Insurance policy with our company listed as the insured

  • Borrower must have at least $20K-$50k in checking or savings (liquid) depending on the size of the loan
